The HBCU Tethered Tour will visit 20 Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country. With a purpose of inspiring the next generation of underrepresented physicians and STEM Leaders.
This tour is a groundbreaking movement designed to empower, inspire, and cultivate resilience in the next generation of underrepresented doctors and STEM professionals.
Hosted by The 15 White Coats, this multi-city tour brings powerful storytelling, scholarship opportunities, mentorship connections, and tangible resources directly to students at HBCUs.

Why This Matters
Currently, African Americans make up less than 5% of U.S. physicians. The HBCU Tethered Tour is an intentional effort to close this gap by providing mentorship, resources, and opportunities to underrepresented students.
