The Funding the Future Physicians Initiative is a dynamic and comprehensive program dedicated to diversifying the field of medicine. Powered by the generous support of Genentech and driven by The 15 White Coats®, this 6-month virtual cohort program is designed to equip underrepresented minority students with the essential tools for medical school success.

The 15 White Coats® is determined to reinforce positive imagery in learning spaces worldwide. Our iconic photos are used as an avenue to inspire the next generation of diverse doctors, lawyers, dentists, veterinarians, etc.
Our mission is to develop scholarships, facilitate access to culturally relevant literature, and inspire and mentor the youth of tomorrow. Every dollar donated to us is used to further our mission.
